Departments in Barnet Hospital can request funding from the Friends for any number of things. Simply complete and submit this form.

  • The Charitable purpose of the Friends is to support Barnet Hospital. To this end applications should be for items or activities that are not covered by the annual budget provision. Each application is considered on its own merits and not by precedent set by any previous fundings.

  • We can only accept applications for Barnet Hospital.

  • A current quotation/estimate should be attached to this form.
