Sadly, Hospital Radio Barnet is no longer operating. Established in 1978, for over 40 years we broadcast to the patients and staff in Barnet Hospital with a mix of shows featuring patients requests, local news and sport, music and features.

Throughout that time we were always generously supported by the Friends, but in late 2023 the decision was made to cease operations. There were a number of factors in this decision - technical difficulties in broadcasting round the wards, the changing nature of the patients in the hospital, and other factors.

This was a tough decision to make, but all our volunteers can be proud of the work they did over the years.
